The Haley Strategic Partners Flatpack Plus (model number FPP-1-1-COY) is a versatile and spacious backpack designed for both tactical and everyday use. With a capacity of 1400 cubic inches when fully expanded, it offers slightly more room than the original FlatPack.

The main zippered compartment of the FlatPack Plus is designed for quick access and easy identification of essential equipment. It features VELCRO® Brand loop panels on the front and rear interior panels, allowing you to secure various FlatPack Accessories (sold separately), such as Small Clear Top Bags, Large Clear Top Bags, Garment Bags, and other hook fastened accessories. Additionally, the main compartment includes an interior zippered hydration/armor compartment, perfect for carrying the FlatPack Plus Level IIIA Armor Inserts (sold separately) or 1-liter hydration bladders.

In front of the main compartment, there is a second full-depth zippered compartment that provides extra storage space and is also dimensioned to accommodate the FlatPack Plus Level IIIA Armor Inserts. At the bottom of the pack, you'll find a third admin zippered compartment, ideal for storing smaller items.

To ensure stability and comfort while carrying heavy loads, the FlatPack Plus comes with a chest strap. The shoulder straps feature comms/hydration loops, while grommets at the bottom of the main compartment allow for drainage in wet conditions. For added comfort during heavier loadouts, you have the option to purchase the FlatPack Back Pad and FlatPack Shoulder Pads separately.

One of the standout features of the FlatPack and FlatPack Plus is their seamless integration with Haley Strategic Chest Rigs and Placards. By removing the shoulder straps and replacing the chest rig harness with the provided FlatPack Side Straps, you can directly attach the FlatPack to various chest rigs and placards. The back of the FlatPack features MOLLE/PALS webbing, allowing for secure attachment to plate carriers or larger sustainment packs. Additionally, the FlatPack Piggy Back Straps (sold separately) enable rapid donning and doffing of the backpack when integrated with a plate carrier.

While the FlatPack Plus was initially designed with Special Operations in mind, it serves as an excellent everyday pack for civilians as well. It can comfortably carry laptops or tablets up to 14" in size.

Please note that the Disruptive Grey colorway of the FlatPack Plus features a 3D Mesh Padded Back Panel, which does not include MOLLE/PALS webbing. It also lacks a loop field on the front of the pack, giving it a more non-tactical appearance.
