Redding Reloading Equipment has developed a new die set, the Type S Elite, based on customer feedback. The set is available for 85 different cartridges and includes a Type S Bushing Full Die, a Type S Bushing Neck Die, and the Redding Competition Seating Die. All Type-S dies use interchangeable bushings to control neck diameter and tension, adjustable by 0.001". The bushings can be made of either hardened steel or TIN coating, enhancing their lubricity. The free-floating bushings self-center on the case neck for even greater sizing accuracy. These features give handloaders complete control over neck tension, without overworking the brass, and improve consistency and accuracy of the final loaded rounds.
