Redding Reloading Equipment has launched a brand new die set based on customer feedback. The Redding, Type S Elite die set is available for 85 different cartridges and includes a Type S Bushing Full Die, a Type S Bushing Neck Die and the highly regarded Redding Competition Seating Die. All Type-S dies feature an interchangeable bushing that can be used to control neck diameter and tension with an accuracy of 0.001”. Bushings are available in hardened steel or with a TIN (Titanium Nitride) coating, which increases lubricity. The handloader is able to set the appropriate neck tension without fear of overworking the brass. These bushings are also free-floating which self-centers them on the case neck, leading to significantly improved consistency and accuracy of loaded rounds.
