The Forster Case Trimmer uses the neck turning attachment for easily and accurately turning concentric and uniform necks. The attachment comprises a hand-fed cam to regulate the cut speed, a carbide cutter, and a mechanical stop for cut length control. However, the tool works with Forster Case Trimmers only and requires outside neck turning pilots appropriate for the caliber, as trimmer pilots cannot be used.
