Its key feature is a carbide cutter that enables precise material removal with a micrometer-style adjustment knob, ensuring that cases have a consistent wall thickness for improved bullet-to-bore alignment. The tool's aluminum holder securely retains cases by a simple knob turn, handling base diameters of up to .592." For cases with a base diameter of .593" to .812", a larger case holder is available. A pilot that corresponds to the case mouth diameter is required, though not included. Pilots are available separately and are precision-ground to be .002" to .0025" smaller than the bullet diameter.
