Forster's handheld neck turning tool is designed for easy use and can help enhance cartridge-to-cartridge consistency. It's equipped with a carbide cutter that has a micrometer-style adjustment knob, enabling precise material removal to provide consistent wall thickness, leading to improved bullet-to-bore alignment. Its aluminum holder firmly holds cases by simply turning the knob, accommodating base diameters of up to .592". For larger cases, a large case holder is available, accommodating base diameters ranging from .593" to .812". A pilot that fits the case mouth diameter is required, which is sold separately (see table below). The pilots are meticulously crafted to be .002" to .0025" smaller than the bullet diameter.
