Forster offers a convenient handheld neck turning tool that enables you to enhance consistency from cartridge to cartridge. Using a carbide cutter with an adjustable micrometer-style knob, the tool removes material accurately, which enables consistent wall thickness, and improves bullet-to-bore alignment. The tool's aluminum holder efficiently holds cases in place with a single turn of the knob and allows use with cases up to .592" base diameter. If needed, opt for the large case holder to work with cases ranging from .593" to .812" base diameter. A specific pilot required, and sold separately, is determined by the case mouth diameter as per the table below. Pilots are produced precisely, ground to be .002" to .0025" smaller than the bullet diameter.
