To make top quality bore brushes more convenient and affordable, we have custom-made them and packed them in bulk paks for use in the shop. Instead of using two, twisted together and chopped off shanks, we have used a one-piece, looped and wound shank made of steel for durability. Our nylon brushes are sturdy enough to withstand the super cleaners used to remove copper and bronze-based bullet jacket fouling, without causing scratches that may ruin accuracy. The only exceptions are the Black Powder (BP) series, .17 caliber and .20 caliber brushes, which have brass shanks.
