This holder can be mounted on any MOLLE platform that has available 3 vertical MOLLE loops. The elastic loops on the TNS can fit a variety of NATO style tourniquets, including the SOF-T, C-A-T, and other tourniquets of similar size.
In addition to these NATO style tourniquets, the elastic loops of the TNS can also fit smaller sized tourniquets or other items, such as flex cuffs. The Tourniquet NOW!™ can be installed on top of the Trauma Kit NOW!™ or on either side of the Admin Pouch.
